We are absolutely committed to the protection of privacy and to fully implementing and complying with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and material you use.

We may also request access to your device's photo roll and camera in order for us to upload media to the App. Any media uploaded in this fashion, will be collected and stored on our servers. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

How we collect user data

Data provided voluntarily

We only collect data when you voluntarily provide us with such data, - meaning, for example, if you are an App user, register for our services, provide your data for App on-boarding process and during the App flows/features

Data collected automatically

We do not collect personal information from third-parties (such as marketing companies) or publicly available sources (such as social networks) automatically.

How we use user data

We do not use the data and photographs you provide when you use the App for any other reason other than to provide you with the App flows/features.

Recipients of User Data

We will only share your App's data with any third party when instructed by you, - meaning, for example, if you request us to export your App's data to a third party platform (Enterprise Resource Planning) or organisation (Accounting).

Data retention and deletion policies

We will retain the user's data for as long as they are active users and will delete/archive the user's data after the agreed period of inactivity.
